Senior Judgement, When The Stakes Are High

Four services for four different buyers. The same method under all of them: production is automated, judgement is not, and nothing leaves your boundary.

Service 01

Technical Assessments

You are on a live deal, or you are holding a bid that makes claims nobody has tested. The technology is the part nobody in the room can price with confidence, and the date does not move because you need longer to look.

Most assessments describe what exists. An inventory, a maturity grid, a list of observations and a recommendation to do better. You finish reading one knowing roughly what you suspected when you commissioned it.

We answer three questions instead. Does it hold. What do the risks actually cost. How long do they take to fix. Every risk carries a number and a duration, because a risk without either is not something an investment committee can act on.

It is scored against a defined framework, which is also what makes it quick. The questions are already known, so the time goes on answering them rather than on deciding what to ask.

What you get

  • A written verdict in plain English, for the people who have to act on it rather than the people who built the thing.
  • Every material risk named, with what it costs to fix and how long fixing it takes.
  • The framework it was scored against, so you can see what was asked as well as what was found.
  • Your material stays inside your controlled environment throughout.

Service 02

High-Stakes Documents

A bid, a business case or a safety submission has to be better than anything your team has produced before. The deadline is real. The people who would normally write it are already doing their actual jobs.

We do not take the document away and hand it back. We work next to your team, because the material that wins a submission is inside their heads and nowhere else.

Drafting, restructuring, checking the answer against the question actually asked, cutting to length. All of that is production, and production is what has always eaten the calendar. Automating it is what makes the timescale possible without the output getting cheaper.

Your people keep the material afterwards, which is the part a contracted bid team takes with it when it leaves.

What you get

  • A submitted response, by your deadline.
  • Work done alongside your team rather than instead of it, so the knowledge stays with you.
  • A controlled environment throughout. Nothing leaves it and nothing trains anything.

Service 03

Contained AI

Your people are already using AI. On their own accounts, on their own phones, with your material in the prompt, because it makes their work possible and the approved list does not.

Unapproved use is not an obedience problem. It is a signal that the approved way of working does not do the job, and telling people to stop moves the same behaviour somewhere you cannot see it.

We put working AI inside your boundary. Not a policy, and not a pilot with three users, but tooling running where your material already lives, on the workflows that are actually costing you time. Which workflows those are is the first thing we work out, because the ones people complain about and the ones that cost the most are rarely the same.

The evidence trail is part of the build rather than something assembled afterwards. Your auditors, your customers and your accreditor all ask the same questions about where data went, what a model saw and who approved it, and those answers are far cheaper to produce while the thing is being built than after it.

What you get

  • Working AI deployed inside your boundary, on named workflows.
  • An evidence trail your auditors and customers can be shown.
  • A clear answer on what it costs to run at your volume, before you commit to it.

Service 04

Technical Judgement For Leaner Teams

The same judgement, sized for a team without a CTO to hold it. Four common situations, each with its own fixed-scope, fixed-turnaround first step.

Most of what causes trouble in a smaller technical operation is not unique to it. It is the same handful of situations, over and over: shipping something nobody has properly checked, starting without anyone senior enough in the room to plan it, firefighting a system that is down right now, or trusting code an AI wrote faster than anyone can verify it.

Each of those has its own fixed-scope, fixed-turnaround first deliverable, priced and scoped before anything starts. This is where those sit; the SME track sets out what each looks like in full.

What you get

  • A pre-launch audit if you are about to ship and have not had it properly checked.
  • A technical blueprint if you are starting without a CTO or technical co-founder in place.
  • Rapid stabilisation if something in production is broken right now.
  • An audit and fix for AI-built code nobody has properly tested.

Where your material sits

Inside Your Boundary, Or It Does Not Happen

Every one of the three services answers the same question first, because for a regulated buyer it is the condition before any of the rest of it matters.

Where client material sits during an engagement Your material, the tooling and the work all sit inside your controlled environment. Only the deliverable leaves it. Nothing is sent to a public model and nothing is used for training. YOUR CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT YOUR MATERIAL THE TOOLING THE WORK THE DELIVERABLE PUBLIC MODEL / TRAINING NEVER LEAVES

Your material, the tooling and the work stay inside your environment. Only the deliverable leaves it.

  • Client work is described publicly by sector only. No client is named without their permission, and most prefer not to be.
  • Where an engagement has to stand up to an auditor, a customer or an investment committee, the evidence trail is part of the deliverable.
