When It Has To Be Right, Under Pressure
We take out the attention, not the people. Senior technical judgement at pace, with the work kept inside your boundary.

You Are Currently Paying For The Reading, Not The Verdict
Serious work burns a great deal of attention to produce a very small amount of judgement. Weeks of reading a data room to reach one verdict. Months of drafting to reach one submission. Days weighing a tender against claims nobody has verified. A team of people watching a system so that somebody notices when it moves.
The attention is what costs you. The judgement is what you were buying.
We change that ratio. AI does the production, an experienced operator holds the judgement, and the work stays inside your boundary. It is built for the point at which something has to be right and there is no time to assemble a team to do it.
Consulting
Four Services, One Way Of Working
For investors and acquirers, bid and procurement teams, regulated businesses, and leaner teams without a full technical function in-house.
Technical Assessments
For investors and acquirers on a live deal, the boards they back, and procurement teams weighing what a bidder has claimed. Most assessments describe what exists. Ours answer whether it holds, what the risks actually cost, and how long they take to fix. In plain English, in days rather than weeks, scored against a defined framework so you get a verdict against a standard rather than one consultant's opinion.
High-Stakes Documents
For the bid, business case or safety submission that has to be better than anything your team has produced before, against a deadline that will not move. We work alongside your people to get it written and submitted, at a standard your team could not have reached alone, for a fraction of what a bid team costs.
Contained AI
For regulated businesses whose staff are already using tools nobody approved, because the approved ways of working do not allow the ones they need. We put working AI inside your boundary, on the workflows that actually cost you time, and produce the evidence trail your auditors and customers will ask for.
Technical Judgement For Leaner Teams
For businesses carrying real technical risk without anyone senior enough in-house to hold it: a pre-launch audit, a technical blueprint, rapid stabilisation, or a check on AI-built code nobody has verified. Each a fixed-scope, fixed-turnaround entry point, priced before anything starts.
How the work is handled
Inside Your Boundary
- Your material stays inside your controlled environment. It is not sent to a public model, and it trains nothing.
- The work is led by our founder. Domain experts are brought in engagement by engagement, chosen for the sector and the problem rather than kept on a bench waiting for one.
- Client work is described publicly by sector only. No client is named without their permission, and most prefer not to be.
- Where an engagement has to stand up to an auditor, a customer or an investment committee, the evidence trail is part of the deliverable rather than something assembled afterwards.
Process
What Happens After You Get In Touch
- A short conversation. What you are trying to decide, and when you need to have decided it. If we are not the right answer we will say so at this point.
- A written scope. What we will do, what you will get, what it costs and when it lands. Nothing starts before you have that in writing.
- The work, inside your boundary, with a named person you can talk to while it is running rather than a status report at the end.
- Handover. The deliverable itself, plus whatever has to survive scrutiny after we have gone.

Most engagements start with a short conversation about the decision in front of you and when you need to have made it.
